Our service

We provide business messaging and related automation, including sending service and transactional messages to customers over WhatsApp.

Acceptable use

• Messages may be sent only to people who have agreed to receive them or who have an existing relationship with the sender.
• No spam, unlawful, misleading or abusive content.
• You must follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your access details safe. We may suspend the service if these terms or WhatsApp policies are broken.

Fees

Our service fees, and the per-message charges levied by WhatsApp (Meta), are as agreed with you in writing. Taxes such as GST apply as per law.

No guarantee of delivery

Message delivery depends on WhatsApp, networks and recipient devices, so we cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or read.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
